16.04.25: Upstream Connectivity Issues

At approx 5.30pm BST on 16th April 2025, we became aware of connectivity issues to our Primary Data Centre, impacting all services.

Investigation works began immediately, identifying intermittent heavy packet loss.
Further analysis showed that all Moore-Wilson systems were fully operational, and this was an upstream event to us.

A Support Ticket was raised with the Data Centre provider for further analysis.
The response to that was that numerous peers located within LINX were causing issues with network routing, and our provider withdrew from the peering until normal service at LINX was restored, which was completed at approx 10.30pm BST

All services are now fully operational, and back to normal.
